  • Application availability - Can users log in to IBM Content Navigator? Are key services like the Content Engine still running?
  • Storage issues - Is disk space running low? We receive alerts when available space drops below 10%.
  • Certificate status - Are any certificates close to expiring? We get notified 30 days in advance, giving us plenty of time to renew and avoid disruptions.
  • Application performance - We track CPU, memory, and disk usage trends in real-time, allowing us to spot and resolve bottlenecks quickly.

These dashboards help us visualize system health, track trends over time, and identify exactly when and where an issue started. If a problem arises, alerts are sent immediately through platforms like Slack and our ticketing system, Ivanti, so we can jump in and fix it fast.
